I'm a Susannah Breslin Fan

I first heard of Susannah Breslin from Boing Boing in this Susannah Breslin posting regarding her new Porn Happy blog where she's raising money to help support her novel.

I'm flashing on Susannah Breslin because she's in the midst of an intellectual and artistic reaction to pornography. She's looking at the guts of the porn industry and making things with it.

Susannah Breslin, a writer and photographer, organizes information about herself here: Invisible Cowgirl.

Here are some Susannah Breslin photos. In the one of the bukkake girl photo she seeks to "find that place where things flip from extremely obscene to obscenely beautiful." Or rather, in that photo she finds what she believes is obscenely beautiful and seeks to find that place in future photographs.

Her first book of short stories is called "You're a Bad Man, Aren't You." There are some reviews at the Amazon site. I haven't read it though.
